We worked closely with both the client and their contractor to create a two bedroom, one-and-a-half bath ADU attached to the existing three-car garage at the back of the property.

Well placed windows maintain privacy between the main house and the new ADU while also bringing in plenty of daylight. Balconies for each bedroom on the second floor take advantage of views to Pilot Butte and the surrounding vegetation.

It also includes a full kitchen and washer/dryer unit to include all ameneties in just under the 800 square foot maximum.
