Starr Designs & Architecture joined the development team as the architect of record for this commercial remodel in downtown Bend, OR. The former auto focused space was taken down to the studs, and rebuilt from foundation to roof to make way for this revitalizing commercial office space.

The renovation created flexible offices for their many realtor teams, large meeting rooms with multimedia support, podcast recording space, and gathering space for education and community outreach events.
